Here at LBT we believe crafting should be fun.  We started this business as a hobby and have recently jumped in full time to meet customer demands for more stuff!  Our aim is to try and supply you with the knowledge, tools and designs to enable you to express yourself in crafty ways. We'll always try to keep things simple, fun, friendly and avoid all the hardselling gimicky nonsense.

The Team

Kris - is part time designer, and full time co-ordinator for Little Big Tree bringing everyones efforts together. You'll also catch him doing tutorials and demonstrations on the site with Rebecca. Kris works very hard and hopes one day to have a normal life.

Rebecca - Spends most of her time doing artwork for our CD's and stamps.  She also makes lots of cards and spends far too much money on craft supplies with Little Big Tree's credit card.

Tim - Is the techy side of our company.  He writes the program for our CD's and built this website too.  Tim is currently working on a very big, exciting project which is top secret!  We'll keep you posted on this one.

History

Little Big Tree is part of Little Big Tree Creations Limited comprising of Tim Venison, Jake Fisher, Kris Avery and Rebecca Byrne. Friends for over 20 years, they decided to start a venture together which combined their creativity, skill and ideas as well as their unique abilities in artistry and programming, and was founded in 2006.

Kris was introduced to crafting by his mum and sister who inspired the idea of creating a craft CD ROM for scrapbooking.  That CD ROM was the original Wings and Flowers.  The purpose of which was that a crafter would have a neverending supply of embellishments at their disposal without the worry of running out.  Tim soon came on board and helped Kris get the whole thing really rocking.  Tim built a program that could not only re-size the images but devised a 2 level colour changing system that made our CD unique. Finally, Rebecca joined the team by accident.  Partner to Kris she decided to pitch in and help produce artwork for a deadline and never managed to escape, and is now neck deep in craft stash!!!
