We have a strong faith in our products, and hope that we have designed them well enough that you never need to look at this section of the website. But if you do, then we'll be here to help as much as we can.

We've made (and are going to make more) tutorials on how to use our CDs, hints and tips, as well as a full guide to the features of Craft Social. If you want to learn about making the most from the products and services we offer, then 5-10 minutes here should make all the difference.
If you still haven't found your answer after looking at the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) or the product tutorials, then have a look in the forums and see if someone has already discussed the same problem as you currently have, or maybe start your own thread and pose the question to the whole of our community.
